Regardless of if you just want to change your password or if you need to reset it, you first need to log out of Upcard on your device. Go to Menu > Settings > Scroll all the way down on the page > Logout
On the Sign In page, click the Reset Password button at the bottom of the page. You will be taked to the Reset Password page, where you enter the email you used to create an account. Click Done.
After you have submitted your email address on the Reset Password page, a popup will appear on your screen saying that an email is on the way and that you must follow the link in the email.
Shortly after you will receive an email with a Reset Password link which takes you to a page where you can change your password.
Follow the link in the email by clicking the link itself. On the page that appears, simply type in your new password twice and click Save.
If the password you typed in was written identically both times, you will get a message saying that your password was reset. Exit your browser and go back to Upcard, and log in using the same email and your new password.
