1. Check your spam folder or junk mail folder in your email.
  2. Make sure you are not trying to create an account on the Login page, click the Sign In button on the bottom of the screen to go to the Sign Up page.

3. You might have typed in your email address wrong by mistake. To test this, try and sign up with your email address again. If you get an error message saying "Whoops - An account with that email already exists", it means that your account was created. 

4. You might have chosen a corporate email to sign up and their server might have rejected the activation email. It is therefore advised that you use a personal email to sign up with.
