There are two types of notifications within Upcard. Reminder Notifications and Push Notifications.
Reminder Notifications are used by the planner to indicate that a plan is starting. These reminders will work on your device, regardless if you have internet connection or not. These notifications can be turned off in settings.
Push Notifications are a way for us to communicate with you about changes in your account, updates in services or replies to chat messages. These notifications require an internet connect to work.
*** Please note that notification permissions are managed by the operating system of your particular device. These permissions should be turned on for the notifications to function correctly in Upcard. Please consult your particular devices documentation if you need help with changing these permissions.***
