There are two ways to get to the Add plan view; either click the plus sign at the bottom of the start page, and select Plan.

Or, click Menu at the bottom of the screen on the home page and select Plans in the menu bar that opens up.

In the All Plans view, click the plus sign at the bottom of the screen to create a new plan. Start by choosing a cover image by clicking Add Image at the top of the page.

You can choose whether to select the image from your already created Cards, take a photo right there and then with your device's Camera or select a photo from your Album

When you choose a Card, the plan is automatically named the same as the card. If you choose an image from your Camera or Album you must manually enter the name of the plan. 

Select a Start- and End time for your plan, and click Done.

Next, select the days of the week the plan should be active. To add steps to your plan, click Add steps and then the plus sign at the bottom of the page. At this point, your plan has no steps, which shows on the step counter next to the cover image. As you add steps, this counter will show how many steps there are in the plan. 

To select a card as a step, simply tap it once. You will be taken back to the Add steps page, from where you can click the plus sign again to add another step. 

Once you have added some steps you can rearrange them by dragging the three line symbol to the right, or remove them by clicking the red circle to the left. When you are happy with the steps and their order, click Done at the top of the screen. 

To save your plan, click Save at the top of the screen. This will save your plan and take you back to the All Plans view.
